A. schrenckii caviar :

made from the roes of Amur sturgeon farmed for 8~9 years; Egg diameter 3.0mm; Color: iron grey or grey-brown; low salinity: 3.5%; Elastic egg membrane; Flavor: strong butter ;  similar to wild Beluga caviar.

Amur sturgeon:

were captured in the wild from Amur River in north China. Its eggs have comparable size and quality with Kalugas. 

The Farm

Our farm is located in the Qiandao lake, which is known as the worlds most beautiful water. By making full use of the technological and resource advantages of all share holding institutes, the Company uses net cages and flowing water pools to farm sturgeon in a 100% ecological environment, with green, environment-friendly, and safe fish feed that contains no chemicals like antibiotics or hormones. A great number of 10~15 year old brood stock are farmed in great care, to supply quality material for caviar and fish meat processing, and quality brood stock for breeding.
